Internship in Business Operations and Project Management
We offer you a diverse and varied range of tasks and the opportunity to work independently.
During your internship, you will become part of our team and gain intercultural experience in a modern working environment.
You will proactively support us in setting up an academy (tools, training, etc.) for our global business operations organization.
Besides, you will contribute conceptually and operationally to the digitalization of internal processes.
Furthermore, you will support us creatively with the marketing, branding and digital presence of our team.
You will actively shape and organize our internal communication.
Besides, you will support us with a focus on automation & process excellence.
Furthermore, you will independently prepare, review and edit project documents and presentations.
Last but not least, you will contribute your own ideas, work them out and apply them.
Education: studies in the field of Economics, Business Administration, Business Psychology, Marketing/Sales, Communication, Management and Digitalization, Project Management or comparable
Experience and Knowledge: in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel; project management and business process management skills are an advantage; analytic, automation and/or IA knowledge is an advantage
Personality and Working Practice: your strengths include good comprehension skills, a systematic and solution-oriented way of working and the ability to analyze, structure and creatively prepare complex content, you are characterized by a high degree of initiative and the ability to work in a team
Enthusiasm: about hands-on mentality, interested in gaining experience in business operations, project management and automation with interdisciplinary and international colleagues, joy in organizational activities and openness to agile and intercultural work
Languages: very good in written and spoken English, German is an advantage
