Internship in Production of MEMS Sensors
Aufgaben:
During your internship, you will create and establish statistic process control in the area of wafer bonding.
You will develop and optimize concepts for process control in the area of wafer bonding and support these up to the production release.
The processing of measurement data using statistical methods will also be part of your tasks.
You will closely cooperate with internal contacts.
Last but not least, you will document the developed procedures and write work instructions.
Qualifikationen:
Education: studies in the field of Computer Science, Engineering or comparable
Experience and Know-how: competent handling of MS Office and ideally experience working in a clean room
Personality and Working Practice: responsible, motivated, goal-oriented, structured and independent
Enthusiasm: interest in microsystems technology
Languages: fluent in German or English
