Internship in Development and Production of MEMS Sensors

The internship offers an insight into development of acceleration sensors which are silicon-based micro-electromechanical-systems (MEMS). Students are involved in the development of the newest sensor generation. We can offer regularly project related tasks of the following areas: During your internship, you will get experience in sensors, microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) and application-specific integrated circuits (ASIC) as well as the corresponding measurement technology incl. the introduction to the current state of the art. You will become an active team member in the planning and execution of experiments, simulations, analysis of big data, machine learning and automation of measurements/measurement technology. Last but not least, you will present your experimental results and evaluations about the performance of prototypes or high volume types to the development team.
