Aufgaben:
You will join the Product Development EU team which is responsible for the development of all public market investment vehicles in Europe, including our global fund range based in Luxembourg, from the idea generation stage to the launch. The team works collaboratively with other areas of the business to drive growth in strategic product areas by bring to bear their in-depth knowledge of capital markets, financial instruments, clients, and the regulatory environment. The Product Development EU team is part of the Products function and acts as interface with various teams, in particular Distribution, Investments and Operations. Within this exciting role, you will work with colleagues located in Frankfurt and London and collaborate closely with our partner teams in Paris.
Participate in the product development process of a new investment fund from the idea generation to the launch in the market
Maintain and coordinate the product launch pipeline document
Independent maintenance of the global product database
Prepare internal presentation for product related meetings
Prepare reports and market analysis
Maintain and update product related templates
Contribute to the innovation and ideation process
Support the product developers in their project management activities throughout the idea generation and launch process
Qualifikationen:
Advanced bachelor's or master's degree, ideally with a quantitative background, e.g. business administration, finance, economics or similar
Interest in asset management, first working experience in the investment industry preferred
Basic understanding of capital markets required
Quick comprehension and high attention to details
Confident appearance and strong commitment
Ability to work independently on multiple tasks & deliver strong results under tight deadlines
Ability to work well in an international, diverse and highly interdisciplinary environment
Good written and verbal communication skills
Very good English skills (spoken and written), German language skills preferred
Solid Excel & Powerpoint skills required
