Internship Experimental Investigation into the Reliability of Adhesive Sealings During your internship, you will support us in the further developing a standard sealing technology to prepare successful implementation in our future product portfolio. You will be responsible for planning, conducting and analyzing experiments in the area of chemical assembly & interconnect technology (AIT). Last but not least, your objective will be to elucidate fundamental cause-effect relationships between the processing of an adhesive sealant and the properties and reliability of the produced adhesive bond in corrosive environments.
